My Discount Code Won't ApplyUpdated 3 months ago
Sometimes the checkout cart has a little hiccup and won’t accept your discount code right away. It’s not a trick or bait-and-switch—just a temporary glitch.
Here’s how to fix it:
Clear your mobile browser’s cache
On iPhone (Safari):
Open Settings.
Tap Safari.
Tap Clear History and Website Data, then confirm.
On Android (Chrome):
Open Chrome and tap the three dots in the top right.
Tap History, then Clear browsing data.
Select Cached images and files, then tap Clear data.
On Android (Firefox):
Open Firefox and tap the three lines in the bottom right.
Tap Settings > Privacy > Clear private data.
Check Cache and tap Clear Data.
Clear your desktop browser’s cache
Chrome: Click the three dots in the top right, choose More tools > Clear browsing data, select Cached images and files, then click Clear data.
Safari (Mac): From the Safari menu, choose Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data, then click Remove All.
Firefox: Click the three lines in the top right, choose Settings > Privacy & Security, scroll to Cookies and Site Data, and click Clear Data.
Edge: Click the three dots in the top right, choose Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data, select Cached images and files, and click Clear now.
Use your reminder email
If you can't get any of the above to work, close your browser and wait for the email that will appear in your inbox in under 2 minutes. Tap the link in the email, and your checkout window will reopen. Add the discount code again before clicking Submit.Still stuck?
