If the order has already shipped, the fastest fix is to refuse the package:
When the carrier knocks, say, “I refuse this delivery.” The box will return to us, and we will refund you when it arrives.
If the carrier leaves the box, do not open it. Write “REFUSED—RETURN TO SENDER” on the label and hand it to any post office clerk. USPS will return it to us, and we'll refund your account.
