At Nature's Pure Blend, we strive to ensure every order reaches you on time in 5-7 days from shipping. 

Lost packages

If you feel your order is lost because it has been more than ten (10) days since your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer support team. https://contact.gorgias.help/forms/7iqfcqxu

1. That delivery notification came to us from the U.S. Postal Service and their employees call mail carriers. And sometimes, they make mistakes.
2. We can file a claim against USPS, but USPS requires us to wait at least 7 days from the date we shipped your order.
3. Often, the missing package ⚡️magically ✨ appears within 2 days after their electronic delivery notice in our email. 😀 And can you believe it, this happens so often that there are forums on Reddit and Quora, so we are not alone in this. 😖 And, sometimes, the busy mail person accidentally drops your package in your neighbor's mailbox, and it takes a day or so for them to return it to you. 
4. But if the U.S. Postal Service has not delivered your package and you want to find out why, that's your right. 
   1. Please update USPS so they know their mail carrier has failed to complete their job correctly. 1-800-ASK-USPS. 
   2. You can also visit the USPS official website to update them online. https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm 
5. ✅ If it shows up, you do not need to notify us. We're just happy that it arrived.
6. ❌ If it does not arrive in 2 more days, please contact us using the link at the top and we'll start the claim. Often, this forces the mysteriously missing package to ⚡️magically ✨ appear. 
7. We'll chat with USPS to find out if it can be located... and why they marked it delivered when it was not.
