If your order has been shipped to an incorrect address, we recommend first updating your correct address in your account to prevent future errors. Unfortunately, once a package is with USPS or any carrier, we cannot change the shipping address. We advise waiting to see if the delivery is refused by the current resident so it can be returned to our warehouse. Once we receive the returned package, we will issue a refund or reship your order to the correct address.
