When will I get my refund once I return my product?Updated 3 months ago

After you've alerted NPB customer service that you'd like to return a product delivered within the last 30 days, you'll receive the address to ship to through the US Postal Service.

Once shipped, please allow 7 business days for the US Postal Service to return the item to our warehouse near Denver. 

Once we receive it, we rush to process your refund that day. Your refund will be reflected in the original payment method used for the purchase.
